I acknowledge that I have read and understood about the rules of the retreat and promise to abide strictly by the rules and follow closely the instructions of the meditation teacher. In case of not abiding by the rules, I agree to leave the retreat upon notification from the center staff and am aware that it could affect my future retreat application.
